Payment & invoicing

Purchase order / BACS
Schools and MATs can pay by invoice. We issue an invoice payable by BACS within 30 days. Use the contact form to set up a PO.
VAT
We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added — listed prices are what you pay.
Renewal
We'll email you a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. Access ends at the end of your licence year — renew to carry on using the tool.

Common questions
Is the licence per device or per school?
Per school. One licence is a single shared account for the purchasing school, used on any computer with one person signed in at a time. For multiple schools or a multi-academy trust, contact us for pricing.
Do you charge VAT?
No — we are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to listed prices. What you see is what you pay.
Can we pay by invoice / purchase order?
Yes. For trusts and schools we issue invoices payable by BACS within 30 days. Use the contact form to set this up.
What if a tool doesn't fit our workflow?
Contact us before you purchase — we'll answer honestly whether it's a good fit. If you're already a customer and have an issue, email edalytica@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it. We can also quote a consulting bolt-on to adapt the tool to your specific setup.
